Private Event or Wedding Reception up to 150 Starting at $4999

Includes 150 guests, 5 hour event time, 3 hours to get ready & set up. Bar Rental Service add $600

Includes our reception courtyard (Ceremony package can be added)

Rental Package includes set up & tear down. Tables & chairs included, options for table linens & centerpieces (upgrades available). Groom's Room, Bride's Room & Living Room inside the Fletcher Farm House built in 1885. Designated area for your DJ and covered area for your Catering space included.

Elopement or Wedding Ceremony Starting a $2500

Ceremony only or can be added to Wedding Receptions! We include our experienced Day of the Event Coordinator and cake cutting service! Up to 150 guests **Can be added to reception package**

Includes use of Smaller Ceremony Courtyard

Rental Package includes set up & tear down of Ceremony: white folding padded resin chairs.

Groom's Room, Bride's Room, as well as our Living Room inside the Fletcher farm house - can add a short cake reception.

We also include many other amenities as well as our experienced staff and Day of the Event Coordinator!

All Rental Packages include the use of the Courtyard(s)*, tables, chairs, table linens, limited centerpiece options, bathrooms and facility staff members. As an open venue, you choose your vendors ex: caterer, DJ, photographer, florist & others. For additional cost, bar & security services, wedding coordination, decor, place settings, premarital counseling & more, are available! Fletcher Courtyards staff is solely responsible for setting up & tearing down rental items provided by the FCVenue on the day of the event. Additional staff is available for hire if the client needs help with outside rentals. If Clients would like any alcohol at their event they are required to rent the Bar Package, otherwise no alcohol can be on the property. The Bar rental package includes a certified bar back & certified bar server during the event to serve the alcohol you purchase from the store (ex: beer, wine, hard seltzers, champagne, or pre-mixed hard drinks from the store like cut
